Oakland County offers residents quality, affordable housing in welcoming neighborhoods with access to parks and recreation, public transportation, and healthy food.

The following indicators are some ways to measure progress toward our goal:

Improve Housing Affordability
As measured by the percentage of households who spend more than 30% of their income for housing

Ensure Access to Parks and Recreation, Transportation, and Healthy Food
As measured by the percentage of residents living within close proximity to all three

Create a Welcoming Community
As measured by the county’s net migration
