As measured by the percentage of third graders testing as proficient in reading

Create Education and Training Opportunities

As measured by the percentage of working age adults with a postsecondary degree or industry certification living in Oakland County.

Improve Job Placement and Retention
As measured by the labor force participation rate of county residents
